An exciting role is available for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within a busy steel manufacturing facility. Perfect role for a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the production floor with strong people and process management skills.

The Role:

- Lead day-to-day production operations
- Supervise and support production staff
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and output targets
- Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
- Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimising downtime
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping

About You:

- Previous leadership experience within manufacturing or steel production
- Strong understanding of steel or sheet metal production
- Must have valid Forklift licence




- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
