$116,341 to $127,481 + Super

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Liverpool City Council's Major Projects team and play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects funded through the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program (WSIGP). As the Project Controls Coordinator, you will analyse, coordinate and deliver project controls across major projects including Light Horse Park, Carnes Hill Aquatic Centre, Brickmakers Creek and Strategic City Scapes.

You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards through the management and continuous improvement of project controls, including project scheduling, cost management, risk management, reporting and governance. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to integrated project planning, schedule risk analysis, project risk management and executive reporting, while supporting the Delivery Management Office and broader Major Projects portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Qualifications and/or significant experience in project controls, project management or program reporting within a complex organisation.
- Experience in a PMO or Delivery Management Office (DMO) environment, with strong project scheduling, risk management and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to support the successful reporting of and delivery of major projects within budget, scope, schedule and quality requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills,



with experience working alongside executives, government agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in project governance, contract management and government reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, workplace health and safety principles, and the ability to work effectively in a politically sensitive workplace.

The salary (within the above-mentioned range) will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
