SESLHD - Staff Specialist (0.4 FTE Permanent) - Palliative Care - POWH & Justice Health

The Palliative Care specialist will provide expert palliative care consultations to patients at Long Bay Jail and POWH. They will be part of the larger team of Palliative Care specialists at POWH. Some key accountabilities include:

- Attend a weekly meeting with the multidisciplinary Palliative Care team at Long Bay Jail.
- Develop good relationships with GPs to assist in discharges.

The primary location of this position may be wide-ranging as agreed with the Director of Medical Services and as approved by MDAAC to other facilities in SESLHD.
