We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist to join the team at Windsor Toyota. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our Windsor, NSW location, this role is a crucial point of contact for our customers as they bring their vehicles in for servicing and maintenance.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently processing customer service requests and bookings
- Liaising with the service team to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely manner
- Providing customers with transparent updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Operating the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate department
- Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
- Completing general administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar customer service or reception role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities




- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or a genuine interest in cars would be highly regarded
