About the role

This role is perfect for anyone with experience in medical or allied health admin who wants to build on their skills. We're also open to any candidates just starting out in medical administration. The position is well-supported, and comprehensive training is provided, but we are looking for someone who’s comfortable working independently.

Your role will include:

- Answering enquiries
- Organising appointments
- Taking and recording payments
- Administration tasks related to the delivery of podiatry services
- Supporting the Podiatry team and our clients

Hours:

20-30 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours if required

Location this position will be between our Holland Park and Newmarket Clinics,



training will take place at either clinic and applicants must be happy to work at both locations.We will always try and priortise the clinic you live closest to.

We are open to 7pm some evenings and being able to work an evening or two a week is preferable

Skills and Experience

- Customer service background preferred.
- Experience in medical admin required.
