About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality maintenance plumbing services while providing leadership and support to a growing field team.
Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Completing commercial and residential maintenance plumbing works
- Leading jobs on-site and supporting junior team members
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships
- Managing works across schools, restaurants, strata properties, and commercial sites
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Supporting business growth through strong workmanship and leadership
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Current Plumbing Trade Qualification
- Solid experience in maintenance plumbing environments
- Strong leadership capability and ability to take ownership on-site
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, skilled, and team-oriented approach
