What You’ll Be Doing

From your very first day, you'll receive structured paid training and ongoing coaching from experienced mentors.



You'll learn proven communication and customer engagement techniques while building confidence, resilience and professional skills that are valuable throughout your career.

In this face-to-face sales role, you'll represent a respected Australian not-for-profit organisation, speaking directly with members of the public to raise awareness, inspire support and create meaningful, long-term impact.

No two days are the same. You'll meet people from all walks of life, build genuine connections and develop real-world experience in a role that keeps you active, engaged and constantly learning.

What You’ll Receive

- $38-$47 per hour + uncapped weekly commissions. OTE $130K+
- Paid training from day one

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality, sports and fitness, retail or another customer-facing role is highly regarded, but not essential. We'll provide the training and support if you bring the attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
