TM Pro Plumbing is a growing plumbing business servicing the Greater Sydney area. We work across new builds, renovations and extensions, with a bit of maintenance in the mix, delivering complete plumbing solutions for units, houses and duplexes. We work closely with respected builders and developers, and we've built our reputation on quality workmanship and reliability.

We're a small team ready to grow, and that's where you come in.

What You'll Be Doing

- Carry out all aspects of current-build residential plumbing
- Follow and help create checklists and ITPs to keep quality consistent across the team
- Use job management software to run your jobs (we use ServiceM8)
- Read and interpret plans accurately
- Liaise with builders, site supervisors and suppliers to get each job done smoothly
- Source and manage materials as required
- Work independently and take ownership of quality and safety on-site
- Step up to lead jobs and help with the business side as you grow

About You





- Fully qualified plumber with a minimum 2 years experience in new builds
- Confident on the tools and delivers a high standard of workmanship
- Good understanding of drainage, rough-ins and fit-off across new builds, renos and extensions
- Driven and switched on, keen to learn and step up into a leadership role over time
- Reliable, someone Tom can genuinely lean on
- Able to work unsupervised and take real ownership of quality
- Can read plans confidently and plan materials ahead

What You'll Need

- Certification in plumbing
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Own reliable vehicle and tools to start. Once you've shown you can run jobs on your own, we'll set you up with a work vehicle
- Construction White Card
