About the Role
As our Service Technician / Workshop Foreman, you will play a key role in the performance of the workshop by:
- Performing servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standard.
- Leading and mentoring technicians and apprentices.
- Driving workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality control standards.
- Managing workflow and job allocation to ensure vehicles are completed on time and the highest standard.
- Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Key point of contact with Manufacture Service teams
- Working closely with the Service Manager to achieve workshop targets and customer satisfaction goals.

- Has strong diagnostic and technical skills.
- Possesses leadership experience or is ready to step into a leadership role.
- Takes pride in producing quality work efficiently.
- Understands the importance of workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.
