We're now looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician with dual trade opportunity to join our growing team. The Role
- Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems (including chilled and condenser water systems)
- Conducting fault finding and repairs across a diverse range of equipment
- Assisting with compliance testing, including full function fire tests
- Completing installation work across Commercial and Project divisions
- Contributing to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client experiences
This role offers autonomy, stability, and variety across a strong portfolio of commercial clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- A minimum of 2-3 years of commercial HVAC service experience is required
- Great attention to detail
- Robust fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with chilled and condenser water systems
- Basic exposure to chilled and condenser water systems is essential
- Familiarity with compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.)
You must also hold:
- Qualified HVAC Technician with QBCC Occupational Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current Driver's Licence

Bonus if you have:
- Installation experience or project-based HVAC background
- Previous experience in commercial or facilities environments
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
