Our client is a large tier 2 builder/developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney for just under 20 years. They have a growing pipeline and are known for their focus on well-executed apartment developments in key locations.
They are currently seeking a Leading Hand to join the team on major projects in betweenNorth and Northwest Sydney.

The Opportunity:
This is a great chance for a driven and capable Leading Hand to join a high-performing team and play a key role in the delivery of some of Sydney’s most impressive apartment projects. You will be hands-on in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, making sure every trade is working to the agreed scope, specifications, design and contract requirements.
As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day site operations and helping keep the project on track.
- Supporting an experienced Site Manager and carrying out the required duties on site.
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow.
- Making sure all work is delivered safely, neatly and to a high standard.
- Carrying out site inspections and reporting progress.
- Getting hands‑on when needed, including with safety installs.

Skills and Experience:
- Cert IV Trade in Carpentry or TAFE Building Diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook and associated software.
- Class 2 building experience.
- Strong organisational, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
