We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join one of Australia's largest and most respected precast concrete companies. From high-end residential developments to large-scale infrastructure, we're proud to play a role in some of the country's most iconic construction projects.

Renowned for our technical excellence and ability to deliver complex precast solutions, we design, manufacture, and install a wide range of precast products, including architectural wall panels (brick inlay, curved, patterned), balustrades, columns and even flooring systems.

As a Senior Project Engineer at Evolution Precast, you will be responsible for delivering some of Australia's largest and most innovative precast projects. With the growing demand driven by advancements in AI, this includes state-of-the-art hyperscale data centre developments for global organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee precast concrete projects from tender through to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, installation, drafting) and external stakeholders (builders, suppliers, architects, and engineers).
- Checking and verification of precast drawings.
- Coordinate temporary works engineering and manage RFIs.




- Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure financial performance.
- Develop casting schedules and manage project programmes.
- Review and ensure compliance with project scope and specifications.
- Prepare, raise, and negotiate project variations and delay claims with clients.
- Identify and implement design improvements to achieve cost savings.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Full Australian working rights.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
- Prior experience with Precast Concrete.
- 10+ years industry experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience managing high stakes and large scale projects.
