We are looking for a motivated and reliable Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, professional, calm under pressure, and sees hospitality as a long-term career.

You will work closely with the management team and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding drinks, excellent service, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Bartender - Angelica Mexican

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, professional, calm under pressure, and sees hospitality as a long-term career.

You will work closely with the management team and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding drinks, great service, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to a high standard

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service

- Maintain high service standards and guest experience

- Handle busy services confidently and professionally

- Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service

- Follow all beverage recipes and presentation standards

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and RSA compliance standards





- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service

- Help maintain stock levels and report any shortages to management

About You

- Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar

- Strong cocktail-making knowledge and bar experience

- Confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Punctual, reliable, and responsible

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Basic Microsoft Office skills are an advantage

- Good understanding of restaurant and bar service flow

- Able to handle pressure and solve problems calmly

- Passionate about hospitality and looking for long-term career growth

- RSA required

- Full working rights in Australia required. Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply.
