This is a leadership role where your technical expertise and people management skills will be highly valued.

The Role

- Working alongside a partner in a cooperative environment
- Leading and managing a tax compliance team
- Drive performance to meet compliance deadlines and operational targets
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Review and oversee financial statements and tax compliance
- Identify and advise on Div 7A, CGT, GST & FBT matters
- Mentor, train and develop team members
- Work on juicy advisory services

Ideally, you’ll be;

- A CA/CPA Qualified experienced Business Services Manager with 1 – 2 years’ experience managing a team
- Great at building and maintain client relationships
- Excellent at planning and time management
- A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment
- A passionate mentor and role model for upcoming accountants
- Passionate about helping Australian Businesses FLOURISH!
