Yo My Goodness on the Gold Coast is seeking a Full Time Kitchen Team Leader for our Elanora store. You will lead a small team, hire/train, manage labour costs, and uphold SOPs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires a flexible 5-day roster including days, nights, weekends; strong interpersonal skills and hunger for growth. Perks include a flexible or fixed roster and transparent opportunities for professional advancement within YOMG.
