The position:
Hillcrest Christian College is seeking to appoint casual Teacher Aides to join our Junior and Middle Learning Communities and provide warm, professional, and practical support to students and teachers across Prep to Year 8.
Working alongside classroom teachers, the successful applicants will play an important role in supporting the learning, wellbeing, and development of students within a vibrant Christian learning environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to thrive.
Commencing immediately, these casual positions involve supporting individual students and small groups, assisting with the delivery of classroom learning programs,
preparing educational resources, fostering student engagement and wellbeing, and contributing to safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments.
Applicants must hold a Certificate III or IV in Education Support, Teacher Aide Studies, Children's Services, or a related field. Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is also desirable.
