We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing Allied Health team. In this rewarding role, you will provide therapeutic services that support the independence, comfort, and overall wellbeing of our elderly clients, enabling them to continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes across Newcastle, Nelson Bay, Maitland, and Lake Macquarie.

This position has been created due to growth and offers the opportunity to join a small but expanding Allied Health team committed to high-quality community care.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver high-quality, in-home remedial massage therapy services grounded in current, evidence-based practice, helping older people feel their best in the comfort of their own homes.
- Use your clinical expertise to confidently assess clients, gather meaningful information, and select the most appropriate assessment tools to guide personalised treatment plans.
- Listen to client feedback and respond proactively,



making adjustments where needed to ensure services remain flexible, responsive, and truly client-centred.
- Collaborate closely with Case Managers to design and deliver therapeutic interventions that promote healthy ageing, enhance mobility, and improve overall wellbeing.
- Build strong, trusting relationships by communicating clearly and compassionately with clients, families, support staff, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a minimum Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice and current association membership
- Experience delivering massage therapy in community or in-home care settings
- Strong understanding of holistic assessment and ability to develop individualised care plans
- Ability to plan and deliver safe, effective treatments that support client wellbeing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a compassionate, client-focused approach
- Confidence working autonomously in a community setting and managing your own workload
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, registered,



comprehensively insured vehicle (or willingness to use a pool vehicle)
