This is not a standard reception role. It is a performance-based patient coordination position with transparent expectations, accountability, and genuine opportunity for growth.

The Role

You will initially train within our established Mascot practice before being based primarily at our Eastgardens/Pagewood location as the practice continues to grow.

You may also be required to work across both locations as rostered.

You will:

- Confidently manage phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Guide patients from first enquiry through to treatment commencement
- Clearly present fees and high-value treatment plans
- Proactively progress patients into next stages of care
