About the Role
As a Senior Dozer Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile plant while supporting the day-to-day management of the site.
Your duties will include:
- Operating dozers, rollers and other mobile plant
- Managing rehabilitation activities in line with site plans
- Coordinating material receivals and equipment compliance
- Ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines and planning permits
- Promoting a strong safety culture across the site
About You
To be successful,
you will have:
- Proven experience operating dozers and rollers in quarrying, earthmoving or similar environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Reliable work ethic with excellent attendance
Licences & Tickets
- Current Dozer (LZ) Ticket
- Roller Ticket
- Water Cart Ticket or HR Driver's Licence
- Valid Australian working rights
- Additional plant tickets highly regarded
