The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist looking for proper training, genuine support and broad clinical experience at the beginning of their career.
You’ll join an established allied health provider offering a structured two-year development program designed to help you become a confident, capable and well-rounded Occupational Therapist.
Rather than being placed into a full caseload immediately, you’ll receive a gradual introduction to clinical work, supported by experienced OT leaders and senior clinicians. With low billable expectations of just 4.5 hours per day throughout your first two years, the focus is firmly on your learning and development.
Your Graduate Program
The program includes eight-month rotations, allowing you to gradually develop experience across:
- Clinic-based intervention
- Exposure to driving assessments
By the end of the two-year program, you’ll have developed strong foundational skills across several areas of OT practice, giving you the confidence to choose the direction you want your career to take.
Location and Caseload
You’ll work across community and clinic-based settings, with access to a newly established and fully equipped clinic in Silverwater.
The clinic features:
- Multiple therapy rooms
- A large sensory space
- A physiotherapy and exercise gym
- Dedicated space for functional assessments
- Resources for paediatric, neurological and physical disability clients
Support Provided
- Experienced OT leadership with 19 years of clinical experience
- Dedicated Clinic Lead and senior clinician support
- Daily support throughout onboarding and probation
- Weekly Tuesday clinic meetings
- Structured clinical supervision and development
- Gradual caseload build-up
- Increasing independence after probation

About You
You’ll be a excellent fit if you are:
- A New Graduate Occupational Therapist
- Eligible for or currently holding AHPRA registration
