About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, building relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions.

You'll be responsible for generating new business by engaging with business owners and key decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and presenting managed IT solutions that deliver real business value.

As you grow your client portfolio, you'll continue managing those relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to further support your clients as their businesses evolve.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your market, build a portfolio of loyal clients and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prospect and engage with potential clients through networking,



referrals and outbound activity
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and objectives
- Present managed IT solutions and technology services
- Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Achieve agreed sales and growth targets

Account Management

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor for your clients' technology needs
- Conduct regular account reviews
- Identify opportunities to enhance client environments and services
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Support client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth

About You

You're a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building trust and helping businesses achieve better outcomes through technology.

- Proven experience in B2B business development or solution-based sales
- Experience generating current business opportunities and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Confidence engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Solid commercial acumen and closing ability
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Experience selling one or more of the following:

- Managed IT Services
- Microsoft solutions
- Cybersecurity solutions
- SaaS platforms
- Business technology solutions

Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
