The Role: The Contract Logistics Manager is the critical link between OTR, our suppliers, and our 3PL partners - ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, high inventory accuracy, and consistent service delivery across our national network.

You Will Provide:

- End-to-end coordination between suppliers, warehouse (3PL), and stores to ensure effective product flow
- Oversight of inbound deliveries,



ensuring supplier compliance with service level agreements
- Management of 3PL performance, driving accountability, service improvements, and operational excellence
- Inventory control including cycle counts, stocktakes, shrinkage reduction, and damaged stock management
- Ongoing audit activity across safety, compliance, and supply chain processes
- Analysis of logistics performance metrics, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Review and reconciliation of warehouse costs, rate cards, and invoicing accuracy
- Optimisation of delivery routes and inbound scheduling for efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Strong stakeholder engagement across suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners
- Ownership of reverse logistics processes and issue resolution across the network
