About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Project Marketing team based at our Head Office in Benowa.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working closely with the Executive Director, you will play a key role in growing our Project Marketing division by identifying, developing and securing new developer partnerships and project marketing opportunities across Australia.
This is a true business development role focused on building long-term relationships with developers and key industry stakeholders. You will be responsible for presenting Homecorp's project marketing capabilities, negotiating project appointments, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities that contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include
Identify, pursue and secure new project marketing opportunities with developers and industry partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, landowners, consultants and key stakeholders.
Present Homecorp's project marketing capabilities and tailored solutions to prospective developer clients.
Negotiate and secure project marketing appointments and commercial agreements.
Assess potential projects, reviewing market positioning, pricing and project suitability in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate reporting and forecasting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging development opportunities.
Work closely with the Project Marketing, Sales, Marketing and Administration teams to ensure successful project onboarding and launch.
Represent Homecorp at industry events, networking functions and client meetings.
Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the continued growth of the Project Marketing division.
About You
Proven experience in business development, acquisitions, project marketing, property development, real estate or a similar property-related industry.
Strong understanding of the residential property market and development industry.
Demonstrated success in developing new business and building long-term client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve commercial outcomes.
A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems.
