What You'll Do

- Plan and coordinate daily food production to meet customer demand
- Prepare and oversee bulk cooking of texture modified and specialised meals
- Lead, train and support kitchen staff to achieve daily production goals
- Monitor food quality, food safety and HACCP compliance
- Manage stock, ordering, budgets, rostering,



and kitchen operations efficiently

About You

- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management & Diploma of Hospitality Management are essential
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
- Confidence preparing bulk meals and texture modified food products
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
- Food Handler Certificate required, with Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded
