Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for team members who:

Hold or are working towards a Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Understand the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation

Hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
