Perception Planning is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Planner to join our high-performing team.

Based in Maitland working from the beautiful Levee Precinct, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant regional hub and make a genuine difference through meaningful, impactful projects.

What We're Looking For:

- A tertiary qualification (or currently working towards one)



in Urban and Regional Planning or a related field, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Strong experience in providing accurate, practical planning advice with sound knowledge of relevant legislation and development policies
- Proficient oral/written communication skills including the ability to write complex and/or technical reports
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and deliver practical, stakeholder-focused solutions
- Resilient and adaptable, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering outcomes
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Team player with a cooperative and supportive approach
