Disability Support Workers - Immediate Start

Due to recent influx of recent clients, Butterfly House are taking expressions of interest for Disability Support Workers. In order to be successful for the role you will need to have the following:

- Minimum of Cert 3 in Individual Support or completing
- Knowledge or experience providing support to individuals with various support needs including Mental Health and person-centred practice
- Current Blue Card and Worker Screening
- Police Check/First Aid/CPR
- Current drivers licence and comprehensive Car Insurance

There are three positions available and are a mixture of weekdays, weekends and inactive sleepovers.

The position services the Toowoomba area and surrounds.

- Supports we offer include Community Access, Self-Care, Domestic Assistance, Health and Wellbeing, Tenancy Matters and Independent Living skills.
- In-house training is given, and we encourage internal promotion and support opportunities for advancement.
- We offer in-house EAP counselling to all staff, and we pay weekly so you can manage money better.
- We strive for the best quality of care, pay well and hold high expectations.
