About the Role

The Associate Director role is a crucial senior position essential for driving business growth within our Brisbane client base. This role encompasses high-level advisory responsibilities, staff and workflow management, and client relationship management.

About you

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 10+ years’ experience within Australian Public Practice.
- Stable employment history within reputable mid-tier firms.
- Previous experience managing staff and reviewing the work completed by junior staff.
- Experience with business advisory for privately owned businesses, including budgeting,



cash flow planning, valuations, benchmarking, exit strategies, structuring, etc.
- Very solid technical ability.
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non-negotiable).
- Business Development experience.
