Minor Hotels AU & NZ is seeking a proactive Guest Service Agent on a casual basis at Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and guide guests with restaurant and activity suggestions to ensure a memorable stay.
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Morning and afternoon shifts across seven days may be required.
