Pullman Brisbane Airport is seeking a passionate and hands-on F&B; Duty Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing outlets.
Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will lead service delivery while coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
About The Role
- Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets.
- Coach, train and mentor team members during service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings focused on service, product knowledge, safety and team performance.
- Support onboarding, training programs and ongoing staff development.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and effective resolution of guest feedback.
- Drive upselling and revenue opportunities through team coaching.
- Maintain compliance with RSA, food safety, WH&S; and hotel policies.
- Monitor service standards, outlet presentation and operational efficiency.
- Train staff on POS systems,
procedures and service standards.
About You
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant, bar and conference operations.
- Current RSA certification.
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
