At Happy Hearts, we have created a safe, inspiring and nurturing environment that lets your child begin their journey of self-discovery. We help them build their confidence, self awareness and emotional intelligence.

We care for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a growing family business that takes pride in our Centres and offering the best to our families and educators. With new Centres opening we are always on the hunt for passionate, knowledgeable Educators to join our team.

About the Centre

We are a small, warm, and homely 4 room service where every child is welcomed into a safe and caring environment. Our inviting spaces are thoughtfully designed to feel just like home, with each room creating its own nurturing atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and grow confidently at their own pace.

With cosy areas to rest and unwind, and carefully set up play spaces filled with engaging resources, we inspire curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love of learning. You'll truly appreciate the strong sense of belonging and the meaningful relationships that make our close-knit community so special.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Lead Educator to lead our warm and nurturing 8-place nursery room. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for our youngest learners while creating a safe, responsive, and engaging environment to thrive in.

We are looking for someone who ‘thinks outside the box’ and honours individuality and creativity. As our Nursery Lead, you'll play an important role in building secure relationships with children and their families, planning engaging experiences that support each child's individual development, and leading a small, dedicated team with kindness and confidence. With just eight places, our nursery offers the opportunity to provide truly responsive, high-quality care and create a calm,



welcoming space where every child feels valued and supported.

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

- Suitable qualifications for the role,
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
- Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
