12 Months ( extensions )

Location : QLD, ACT, NSW

Hybrid Versatile working arrangements

Maximum hours - 40 hrs per week

Security Clearance - Must be able to obtain Baseline ( Must be Australian Citizen at least)

Hourly Rate guidance : AUD 135 - 145 including super

Key duties and responsibilities

Working within the Legacy CMS & Apps team with direction and support from the Director CMS Products, and the Development Team you will;

- Utilise JIRA and Scrum or Kanban approaches to deliver tasks, changes and products to ensuring delivery of high-quality products and user experience (where possible)
- Work closely with business, technology and corporate service users to help identify causal problems and requirements to ensure the right problem is solved (with technology)
- Make and contribute ideas, innovation and suggestions to resolve a list of simple to complex challenges with consideration to short-, medium- and long-term approaches and solutions.
- Work closely with the Director Platforms,



Cyber Security and Support teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, reporting requirements, risk management and identify and seek exemptions where required.

Specialist Accountabilities

- Re-development and maintenance of .NET or similar applications
- Re-development and maintenance of Microsoft Word macro & non-macro templates
- Re-development and maintenance of web-based systems, applications and reporting solutions
- Assist with the detailed planning, execution, testing and documentation of application updates

Essential criteria

- Experience working with Government in customer-focused service delivery, managing competing priorities, and delivering in a fast-paced change environment.
- Experience in agile delivery and using JIRA and Service Now or similar.
- Strong ability to work independently and be accountable for outcomes

Desirable criteria

- Holding an Australian Government Security Clearance is beneficial.
- Accreditation in agile or technology frameworks.
