About the role

We are seeking an experienced Volkswagen/Audi Technician to join our growing team. As a Volkswagen/Audi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards that our customers expect and trust.

The best part? Every Friday off. That's right, long weekend, every weekend!

Key responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and tyre rotations on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise

Repair and replace components such as brakes, suspension, engine parts, and transmission systems

Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems

Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and workshop standards





Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed

Ensure workshop safety standards are adhered to at all times

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion

What we're looking for

Volkswagen/Audi Dealership/Specialists workshop experience

Substantial experience specifically working on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles

Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer-based service systems

Solid knowledge of engine management systems, electrical systems, and modern vehicle technology

Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and wiring diagrams

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's licence and ability to conduct test drives

Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer interaction

Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety protocols

Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role, including working in various positions and lifting heavy components

Experience with diagnostic software such as VAG-COM or equivalent Volkswagen Group diagnostic tools is essential.
