Youth, Family & Community Connections Inc. – Devonport TAS

Are you an experienced Family Support Worker passionate about making a difference for families with high and complex needs? This is your opportunity to join YFCC’s Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS) Team.

We are looking for someone to join the team 3 days a week until June 2027. The position is based in Devonport but travel across the North-West is required. A pool car is available for work-related travel.

The IFSS team works collaboratively to provide early intervention and tailored support strategies for families with complex needs. Our goal is to strengthen family capacity, safety, and wellbeing while reducing involvement with Child Safety Services.

Candidates for IFSS roles must hold a minimum diploma in Community Services or a relevant discipline. Experience working with ‘at-risk’ families and children will also be considered favourably.

Remuneration Package Includes:

Salary – $51 per hour
