About the Role

This is a dynamic role combining front desk coordination and clinical support (depending on your experience).

You will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their experience with us.

- Managing appointments and daily schedules efficiently
- Handling phone enquiries with confidence and care
- Supporting the clinical team when required
