This role is designed to give emerging talenthands‑onexposure across multiple areas of the business, supportingday‑to‑dayoperations and contributing to meaningful projects that shape our brands and retailer partnerships.It’san ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in FMCG, category management, salessupportor marketing.

About the role:

- Work closely with the Sales, Category and Marketing teams to use data and insights about shoppers, consumers, and categories to support the development of category strategies and growth opportunities.
- Help build strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and supporting the creation of customer‑focused category recommendations.
- Assistin developingPointofPurchase(POP) insights and recommendationsin the grocery channel.
- Support the category review process by preparing performance reports,identifyinggrowth opportunities, and contributing to range and space recommendations.
- Contribute to annual business planning byassistingwith category, channel, and brand activities and key initiatives.




- Work collaboratively with retailers through joint business planning to helpidentifyopportunities for category and account growth.
- Monitor category and product performance, including competitor activity, to helpidentifyopportunities for improvement.
- Provide support to the NPD process by helping gather insights, shaping productobjectives, andassistingwith go‑to‑market preparation.
- You will haveaBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Interested in FMCG, sales, marketing,categoryor commercial analytics
- Curious,proactiveand eager to learn
- Comfortable working with data and insights
- A strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships
