The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and highly collaborative Associate Project Manager to join our consulting team.

You will be deployed onsite with a leading Tier-1 banking client in a flexible hybrid model (2 days per week in the Sydney CBD or Kogarah offices). From your first few months,



you will be handed the reins to impactful, high-visibility transformation and infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Ownership: Run project stand-ups, manage cross-functional resources, and oversee your own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Governance & Reporting: Monitor and report on project financials, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and senior business executives, ensuring clear visibility and managed expectations.
- Financial Administration: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, funding approvals, and vendor performance reporting.
- Framework Adherence: Ensure all delivery aligns with enterprise project methodologies and established frameworks.
