This role sits at the intersection of operational facilities management and approachable leadership. You'll oversee a defined industrial precinct across Queensland, taking ownership of day-to-day performance while supporting and guiding a small, capable team. It's a practical, well-supported role on a high-quality Charter Hall Industrial & Logistics portfolio, offering flexibility, autonomy and long-term career progression.

What you'll do:

- Lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers across a large QLD industrial and logistics portfolio
- Hands-on management of a select number of key assets within your precinct
- Act as the primary portfolio contact for the client, providing operational leadership, insight and trusted advice
- Drive performance across all aspects of facilities management including contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture built on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Play a key role in ESG delivery, safety leadership, risk mitigation and asset resilience across the portfolio

You'll be a great fit if you have:





- Proven experience managing facilities operations across industrial and/or logistics portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and operate in a senior stakeholder-facing role
- A leadership style focused on coaching, development and team performance
- Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance, risk management and lifecycle asset planning
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget and service contract management
