Our client, a well-established and highly regarded physiotherapy provider with two busy clinics across Brisbane’s Bayside and Logan regions, is seeking an experienced and organised Practice Manager base at Cleveland to oversee day-to-day operations while also providing front‑of‑house reception support.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment, enjoys building strong relationships with staff and patients, and can confidently manage the operational needs of two practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide warm, qualified reception support including greeting patients, managing bookings, answering enquiries, and processing payments.
- Oversee daily operations across both clinics to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Manage staff rosters, leave, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor clinic performance, reporting, compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support clinicians with scheduling, documentation, and operational needs.
- Maintain practice systems, records, and operational processes.
- Coordinate suppliers, equipment, stock,



and general clinic maintenance.
- Implement improvements that enhance efficiency, patient flow, and service quality.

About You

- Previous experience in a physiotherapy, allied health, or medical practice environment.
- Strong administrative and reception capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing operations, workflows, and multi‑site responsibilities.
- Professional communication style and a warm, patient‑focused approach.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using practice management software and digital systems.
