Xero is seeking a Software Engineer - Database in Sydney, NSW, AU to join our Database Reliability Team. You will split time between software development and database reliability, building internal tooling to improve fleet management and platform efficiency.

Your work will keep the database platform healthy, resilient, and performant, with emphasis on observability, incident response, and scalable backend tooling. Hybrid work options are available in a cooperative environment.
