The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who bringsgreat vibes, strong structure, and serious hospitality experience. You’ll be responsible for driving service excellence, leading large teams, and creating a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere every single shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating a large front-of-house team with energy and confidence
- Owning day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Setting the tone for service, culture, and guest experience
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff
- Managing rosters, labour costs, and KPIs
- Working closely with owners and senior management to grow the business





What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (high-volume venues preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to set the vibe
- Excellent operational and organisational skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiences
