About The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and passionate WHS Coordinator to join our team at Zeder Headquarters in Archerfield.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop and continuously improve WHS policies, procedures, risk management strategies, and compliance initiatives across the organisation
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training to support a proactive safety culture
- Coordinate return-to-work programs, injury management plans, and rehabilitation activities to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
- Drive employee wellbeing initiatives and support programs while monitoring psychosocial and workplace health risks
- Analyse safety data, prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety performance
- Maintain and further develop Zeder's Safety Management System (Safety App) while promoting engagement and compliance across all departments
- Work with emerging technologies, including AI-powered application generator tools such as Base44 (or similar), to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within safety and compliance functions.
About You
You could be a perfect fit if you:
- Have experience in workplace health and safety, return-to-work coordination, and injury management
- Possess a robust understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, investigations, and compliance requirements
- Are passionate about safety, wellbeing, and engaging hearts and minds to create positive behavioural change
- Communicate confidently with employees, leaders, and external stakeholdersHave strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
- Have experience within manufacturing, automotive, or other blue-collar environments (highly regarded)
- Have exposure to safety management systems and are comfortable using technology to improve outcomes
- Have experience with AI-app generator tools such as Base44 or similar (highly regarded)
