About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a Commercial Trust Accountant to join the team in a full time, office-based position, Monday to Friday. Looking after a commercial portfolio of just under 400 tenancies, you'll take ownership of the trust accounting function while providing valuable support to the Property Management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily receipting and trust account management.
- Mid-month and end-of-month processing.
- Invoicing and reconciliations.
- General trust accounting duties.
- Assisting with arrears management.
- Preparing QCAT documentation and supporting the Property Managers where required.

This is a broad, all-encompassing role that will keep you engaged,



with support and training available to help you succeed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Ideally 5+ years' experience in trust accounting.
- Previous experience in commercial property trust accounting (preferred).
- Experience using Released software is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist across multiple areas of the business.
