We’re Hiring: Research Assistant / Project Assistant Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Research Assistant / Project Assistant to support research initiatives, project coordination, and day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who are passionate about research, project execution, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, data collection, and information analysis to support ongoing projects.
- Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and project files.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with team members, clients, vendors, and external partners to facilitate project execution.
- Support administrative and operational activities related to research and project management.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support business and project decisions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to project efficiency.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in research, project coordination, administration, consulting, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
