The Strategic Talent Advisor will be responsible for, but not limited, to:
- Developing, driving and delivering on the labour hire recruitment and retention strategies for the Program, ensuring best practice, consistency and adherence to policies
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders/labour hire sellers and maintaining labour hire contract management discussions of both a sensitive and non-sensitive nature.
- Liaising with internal teams as required such as Cyber Security and Fraud to manage highly sensitive matters of contractual management.
- Building relationships with stakeholders to understand the remit of the sections within the Program and supporting the performance management and talent identification strategies of the Program.
- Identifying, prioritising and building organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes toward strategic labour hire talent identification and maintenance based on best practice.
- Analysing workforce trends to support and advise Program and executives in the appropriate contractual management of labour hire resources.
- Identifying and driving the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Aligning performance management and reward strategies to reinforce an workplace of dedication and innovation with and across business units.
