Duties: Forming a pivotal part of the Property Management side of the business, once you are trained-up and comfortable, you will be responsible for:

- Taking and addressing rental enquiries
- Undertake Opens and private inspections
- Key management
- Carry out in-going inspections
- Tenant approvals and compiling tenancy packs




- Onboarding tenants once approved

Specific requirements: There is NO experience required for this role, but you must have:

- A great attitude and a sunny disposition towards learning
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or be close to completing)
- A car and drivers licence
- Access to commissions, Quarterly dinners and End of Year Party
- Top work setting and a collaborative, fun ‘family’ feel, where there team is valued
- Principal is a Property Management expert – so knows the demands of the job and is there to support you
