About the Role

As a Spa Therapist at Chi Spa, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our guests' overall well-being by delivering exceptional spa treatments. You will be responsible for creating a serene and therapeutic workplace while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials and other therapies.
- Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each client.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and prepared for each treatment.




- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on spa services and products.
- Educate clients on the benefits of different treatments and wellness practices.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of client profiles and treatment notes.

About You

- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Have a can do attitude and be willing to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
- Be available to a work a in a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Rights to work in Australia
