OzPest Solutions is a locally owned and operated pest management company based in Beresfield, servicing Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Cessnock and the Hunter Valley.

About the Role

As a Pest Management Technician, you'll help protect our clients homes and businesses while delivering the exceptional customer service OzPest Solutions is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering residential, commercial and industrial pest management services.
- Conducting inspections and recommending practical pest management solutions.
- Educating clients on treatment outcomes and preventative measures.
- Maintaining accurate digital job records, photographs and documentation.
- Managing your day safely, efficiently and professionally.
- Representing OzPest Solutions with pride, professionalism and integrity.

Career Development

If you're joining us as a trainee, we'll provide structured training, mentoring and ongoing support. You'll develop competency in general pest management before progressing into:

- Timber Pest Inspections
- Termite Inspections & Reporting
- Termite Treatments & Ongoing Management
- Commercial & Industrial Pest Management
- Specialist services as your skills and experience grow

If you're already an experienced technician, you'll have opportunities to:

- Further develop your technical skills.

What You'll Need

Essential

- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
- Strong character and integrity.
- Positive attitude.
- Reliable and organised.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

We welcome applications from:

- Qualified Pest Management Technicians.
- People currently completing their qualifications.

What You'll Receive

Competitive Pay

Trainee Technicians

- $28–$30+ per hour

(Higher rates may be considered based on maturity, transferable skills and overall suitability.)

Qualified Technicians

- $30–$40+ per hour

(Based on qualifications, experience, professionalism and overall contribution.)
