Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Contribute to the day-to-day success of the dealership across sales, service and retail operations
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance, grow market share and increase customer satisfaction
- Work towards achieving sales targets, financial goals and key performance indicators




- Maintain high presentation and professional standards at all times
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in a sales role within the Boating, Automotive, Caravan or RV dealership industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- A qualified attitude with the ability to lead by example
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to build rapport quickly
