Join our team as an Administration Support person to join our administration team in a full time role working from our Sumner depot.

Responsibilities

- Answering calls, emails and enquiries from customers and other relevant parties
- Booking in quotes, meetings, interviews and other appointments as required
- Responsible for accounts receivable including invoicing through our operational system, overdue invoices and processing customer payment on bank feeds on MYOB and ServiceM8.
- Processing creditors invoices into MYOB and checking statements to ensure all invoices have been entered prior to payment




- Processing payroll and ensuring staff hours are correct
- Monitoring vehicle, machine and equipment service records as well as registrations
- Ordering stock for project and liaising with clients on job timelines.
- Other administrative tasks as required

Essential Skills and Experience

- Have at least 2-years experience in operational administration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands
- Be able to work under continuous pressure
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team workplace
- Proactive approach with the desire to learn and assist where necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Technical proficiency in MYOB and ServiceM8 or willing to become proficient on these platforms
- Availability to work 38 hours per week in a full-time capacity
